Scottie matmen earn third place at MVL Meet; TV’s Joseph Eckelberry wrestles to MVL title; Tri-Valley competes this weekend in Sectionals at Marysville High School

Coach Jon Hardman’s Tri-Valley wrestling team finished in third place at Saturday’s annual – and regular-season ending –  Muskingum Valley League Meet. Sheridan won the meet with 161 points, followed by runnerup New Lexington with 147.5 points, then Tri-Valley, with 140 points. Scottie sophomore Joseph Eckelberry earned an MVL title at the 126 pound weight
