Multiple Teams · Tri-Valley vs St. Charles Preview

Tuesday, February 28th, the Dawgs will travel to Columbus St. Charles to begin their tournament action. The Scotties (16-6), who received the 29th seed in the D1 Central District, will face off against the # 8 seeded St. Charles Cardinals (21-2). St. Charles brings size and length to the floor that Tri-Valley has not faced this year. St. Charles center, 6’11” Nick Muszynski, is a rather skilled big man who can finish with both hands. Tavon Brown 6’8″, is a solid passer and is active on the boards. The three guards, George Javitch, Braden Budd, and Jordan Burkey can all shoot the 3. Tri-Valley will have to do a great job keeping St. Charles off the glass and making them take tough shots.

Tri-Valley is led in scoring by Dow Cameron who averaged 12 pts a game. Jake McLoughlin average 11 pts and 11 boards, and Matt King averaged 10 pts a game.

Tipoff is scheduled for 7pm.
