XC Boys 2nd and Girls 3rd at MVL Meet

The boys team finished second in the MVL behind Sheridan at Foxfire over the weekend. Scotties fall to Generals

Tri-Valley, holding a 47 game MVL win streak dating back to 2010, lost to Sheridan 42-24 Friday night at Jack Anderson Stadium. With the loss, Philo moved into sole possession of first place in the league while Sheridan and Tri-Valley are now tied for 2nd. Sheridan quarterback Dylan Dupler was a force in the win.

Girls’ Soccer claims share of MVL Title

Thursday night at West Muskingum, the Lady Dawgs beat the Tornadoes 5-1. Leading the way for Tri-Valley was senior Chloe Williams who chipped in 3 goals. This win earned Tri-Valley a share of the league title. John Glenn is the other co-MVL champion.


The freshman game originally scheduled for Saturday, October 15th at Sheridan has been cancelled. The freshman football team will now play at Philo on Monday, October 17th at 5:30 pm.

Crowley qualifies for State

Wednesday at Eaglesticks, junior Dalton Crowley earned medalist honors shooting a 75 at the district tournament. This win qualified Dalton for the Division 1 state tournament next Friday and Saturday at the Ohio State University’s Scarlet Course. Scotties win the MVL

Tri-Valley defeated West Muskingum last night on senior night 1-0 to become the MVL Champions.  Jake Dinan scored with about four minutes left, and Taylor Stanford had the assist. The Scotties play their last season game on Thursday at home at 6:00 in a non-league match against Zanesville.
