Tuesday evening – on New Years Eve at The Dawg Pound in Dresden –  first-year TVHS freshman boys basketball Coach Davis Keel’s Scottie frosh team hung on tough down the stretch to earn a 45-42 win – and title –  over the Sheridan Generals in the championship game of the boy’s large school division in the
